(BASE CLASS)
Often thirsty for power, Warlock's derive their power from dark hellish sources. Some aquire it from a demonic ancestry, others make bargains with fell creatures for power. Some are even forcibly recruited by those dark powers.
Warlock powers are characterised by fire, dark and chaos. The demonic power they weild slowly twists their physical form to match their dark souls.

- Hit Die: d8
- Proficiencies: Light, Medium, Simple and Martial proficiencies.
- Skill Points: 2+ Int Modifier.
- High Fortitude and Will.
- Medium Base Attack Bonus.
- Cannot be good.

Spellcasting: Invocations (spell failure from armor is not a factor), charisma is the primary stat, strength/dexterity secondary, see essences/shapes for more details.

ABILITIES:

Level:
1: Bullheaded - +1 to Will saves and +2 to resist Taunts.
Cinder Essence - The Warlock can imbue their invocations with fire.
Eldritch Strike - Manifests an essence as a touch attack.
3: Darkvision - The Warlock can see in natural darkness.
5: Great Strength 1 - The Warlock gains demonic strength.
6: Fiendish Servant - The Warlock can summon a creature from the lower planes to fight and die for them.
9: Epic Fire Resist 1 - The Warlock gains natural resistance to fire.
10: Great Strength 2 - The Warlock's demonic strength increases.
12: Venom Immunity - The Warlocks altered metabolism makes them immune to most poisons.
15: Great Strength 3 - The Warlock's demonic strength increases.
18: Epic Fire Resist 2 - The Warlock's natural fire resistance increases.
20: Great Strength 4 - The Warlock's demonic strength increases.

Invocations: At level 2 and every 2 levels after, the Warlock may select a new invocation from the Warlock pool. This invocation does not replace any existing invocations, but cannot be removed without a delevel. New essence and shape type invocations become available at levels 2, 12 and 22.

Epic Warlock

Hit Die: d8.
Skill Points at Each Additional Level: 2+Int Modifier.
Bonus Feats: The Epic Warlock gains a bonus feat every two levels after 20th.

Epic Fire Resist increases by 10 every 9 levels after level 18.

Epic Warlock Bonus Feats: Blood, Hellfire, Chaos, Morph, Cloud, Mass Imbue, Storm, Hellball, Fiendform, Great Charisma, Great Strength.
